Siblu has launched a one off exceptional offer valid for first time buyers.
All mobile homes both new and previously owned, purchased on a siblu holiday parc in France, between the 10th July and the 19th September 2010, will benefit from a pitch at an exceptionally low price for the next 5 years.
This fantastic offer can be combined with a selection of other special offers siblu promotions.
To benefit from this offer you must give siblu your mobile home to use in a letting scheme for 5 consécutive weeks in July and August. For the rest of the year, you are free to enjoy your mobile home on most parcs from February to mid November on the majority of siblu villages.
The best pitches won’t hang around long, so book your visit to the park of your choice now : purchase a mobile before the 19th of September and enjoy a massively reduced pitch rental price in 2011 !
*Offer valid for new customers who purchase and install a mobile home for the first time on a siblu holiday parc between the 10th of July and the 19th of September 2010. The purchase order must be signed between the 10/07/2010 and the 19/09/2010 (purchase orders cancelled and rewritten are excluded from this offer), with a minimum deposit of 15% and paid for in full no later than 4 weeks after the purchase ordered has been signed.
For a maximum period of 5 years, the new owner commits to giving the mobile home to siblu for use in a letting scheme, for 5 consecutive weeks between mid July and mid August. The new owner will not receive any rental income. In return, the new owner will benefit from the annual promotional price for the siblu Parc Contract « Great things » for a maximum period of 5 years. The promotional price of the siblu Parc Contract is set in 2010 for 2011, which correspond to the following prices : Domaine de Kerlann 495€, Domaine de Litteau 995€, Domaine de Dugny 995€, Les Pierres Couchées 995€, Bois Masson and Bois Dormant 495€, La Pignade 1495€, Les Charmettes 1495€, Bonne Anse Plage 1495€, La Réserve 495€, Les Sables du Midi 1995€, La Carabasse 1995€, Le lac des Rêves 1995€, Le Montourey 1995€. Any future incremental increases will not exceed the level of increase of the siblu Parc Contract.
The new owner must renew his/her letting contract on a yearly basis by contacting his siblu parc, no later than the 31st November of the current year in order to continue benefitting from the promotional price of his/her siblu Park Contract the following year. The new owner’s mobile home must comply with the conditions detailed – age and equipement - in the siblu Letting Programme each year. The new owner can decide each year whether he/she would like to renew his/her letting contract. On termination of the offer (in 5 years – from 2011 to 2015, or less should the owner decide), the price of the siblu Parc Contract will be updated to reflect the price of the siblu Parc Contract which you would have been charged at the time of purchase in 2010, taking into account the annual increases over the 5 year period. This offer can be combined with all other promotions currently available on the siblu holiday parc. This offer is valid for all mobile homes and all pitches, at the price indicated for the siblu parc, on the condition that the holiday home meets the criteria detailed in the siblu letting contract. Siblu reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any moment.
