Siblu “Pay as you Go Pitches” at 3 195 €*!

At siblu we want to make sure you are getting absolutely outstanding value for money. We know that every family’s needs and wants are different, so we’ve launched an alternative to our traditional pitch rent.

We call these our “Pay As You Go Pitches” – you simply pay a lower pitch rent of
3 195 €* per year and then add on extra costs as you use them. Available at Les Pierres Couchées, Les Charmettes, La Pignade, Bonne Anse Plage , La Réserve and Le Lac des Rêves.

Fun Passes

Buy as many or as few as you need. These are nominative and give you access to the parc’s facilities: activities, entertainment, bars and pool complexes etc. The cost is 52 € per Fun Pass for a season pass. Weekly Fun Passes are also available.

Electric & gas consumption

Just pay for what you use. Electricity will be charged by meter reading of your use, equivalent to the public French electricity board blue tariff rate. Gas can be obtained in bottles at the reception of the holiday parc and is at your charge.  At Domaine de Kerlann, Les Charmettes and Le Bois Masson, where the pitches are supplied with piped gas, a fixed annual rate will be applied.

Access siblu letting programmes

Many siblu owners choose to let their home to holidaymakers when it is vacant, and earn money to offset against their annual running costs. For 25 € fee each week you can subscribe to the siblu fully managed letting programmes.

Key Handling Service for Private Lets

Siblu charges 170 € per season to provide a key handing service at the Reception should you wish to do any private lets and have siblu look after your arrivals.

Access to the Holiday Exchange Programme

Siblu’s Holiday Exchange Programme allows owners to exchange weeks and enjoy holidays across France. It’s a great way of seeing different regions of France and making new friends along the way. Fee to advertise in the Owner’s Holiday Exchange Programme is 180 €.

*A limited number of pay as you go pitches are available at a selection of siblu villages on the French Atlantic Coast for 3195 €. The participating parcs include: Les Pierres Couchées, Les Charmettes, La Pignade, Bonne Anse Plage , La Réserve and Le Lac des Rêves. Included in this tariff is the maintenance of your pitch, your water consumption and access to the holiday parc and the pitch during the owner opening dates from mid February to mid November.
** A try before you buy taster visit is valid for a maximum of 3 free nights accommodation only, for up to 6 people and valid for one invitation per household.
