Taking part is easy - simply buy a new or previously-loved holiday home at any participating siblu holiday village, and include it in our letting programme for six consecutive weeks in July and August.
In return, you won’t pay any site fees for the year - and you can keep doing this for 5 years!
Even though you won't be paying site fees, you'll still have access to all of our services and facilities, including use of the pools and children's clubs, evening entertainment and shows, general maintenance of the grounds, supply of your electricity and water, and access to our letting programme and holiday exchange service.

*Offer valid for a new or existing customer who purchases a new holiday home from a selection of new factory stock, or nearly new stock on the holiday village (model years 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014) on one of the participating siblu holiday villages between the 24th January 2014 & 21st April 2014 (holiday home order form signed with a deposit of 15% paid between these dates and the full balance paid within four weeks of signature). Offer subject to availability of stock of mobile homes and pitches.
This offer cannot be back dated, or applied retrospectively and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts of any form. Any orders that were initially written before the offer period, and cancelled and rewritten during the offer period are excluded from this offer. The new owner must give the holiday home to siblu for use in a siblu holiday letting programme for 6 consecutive weeks in the peak summer holiday period from mid July to the end of August (from the 19th of July 2014, these dates are fixed and not negotiable for a period maximum of 5 years). The purchaser will not receive any rental income for this period and in return will not pay the price of the annual siblu Village Contract for that year. The purchaser will be liable for any charges that are not included in the price of the siblu village annual contract. For example holiday home insurance cover; all gas bottle consumption (if applicable) including during the siblu rental period; any excess energy or water over and above the levels included in the siblu contract and any tourist tax that may be due. These charges must be paid in full each year to be able to continue with the Tranquillity offer for the following year. In the case of an existing owner part-exchanging their holiday home for new model from factory stock, or a nearly new (2014, 2013, 2012 or 2011) the offer will begin in 2015, from 18th of July, for 6 consecutive weeks per year (for a maximum duration of 5 years (2015-2019). The 2014 site fees remain payable in full, and can in no circumstances be refunded in relation to this offer. All other conditions apply.
This Tranquillity contract is valid for a maximum of 5 consecutive years, on the condition that the holiday home meets the criteria detailed in the siblu letting guide each year (e.g. age and equipment etc) and that the terms of the siblu village contract are respected. During the period of 5 years the purchaser can change holiday homes to continue to benefit from the Tranquillity offer without extending the duration maximum of 5 years from the date of the initial purchase, on the condition that the holiday home respects the letting conditions in the siblu letting guide each year.
The purchaser must renew the tranquillity letting contract of his own accord on a yearly basis in order to qualify for the renewal of the Tranquillity promotion for the following year. There is no obligation for the purchaser to renew the tranquillity letting contract. Should the purchaser terminate the tranquillity letting agreement for whatever reason, the full price of the siblu Village contract for the pitch will become immediately due.
On termination of the Tranquillity Offer, the price of siblu Village Contract will be updated to reflect the price of the siblu village Contract calculated at the base rate of the time of purchase (2014) for the category of pitch chosen plus any annual increases over the period. The offer is valid for a selection of new or nearly new models from years 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011 and on selected pitches. Full terms and conditions of the offer are available at the sales offices on the participating siblu holiday villages : Le Domaine de Litteau, Le Domaine de Kerlann, Le Domaine de Dugny, Les Pierres Couchées, Le Bois Masson et Le Bois Dormant, La Pignade, Bonne Anse Plage, Les Charmettes, La Réserve, Les Sables du Midi, La Carabasse, Le Lac des Rêves et Le Montourey.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, or any other discounts, including the early payment discount and is valid with a classic siblu village contract.
