Do you want to add some sizzle and spice to your holidays ? We’ve teamed up with local gastronome experts so you can cook up a feast at a selection of our siblu parcs by taking part in our fantastic new Destination Cooking courses.
If you love food but need to add French flair to your dishes, want to tease some tips from top chefs, or are simply looking for a quick dip of fun activity for the family, our courses can help you find, catch, make, bake and cook like the locals*.
Le Bois Masson in the Vendée: Practical workshops with Frédo Daville, a former chef at the Ritz in Paris, focus on seasonal, local specialities, reflecting the rich variety of seafood and fresh ingredients available in the region.
Le Domaine de Kerlann in Brittany: A crack team of French ‘gastronome’ experts, including a former sailor, head chef and baker have joined forces to create an outstanding ‘Food and Nature’ course.
Le Lac des Rêves in the Languedoc: Alain and Elisabeth Moussy, the chefs responsible for the L'Ecole des Gourmets destination cooking tackle mouth-watering dishes popular in the region, including a selection of seafood and pies.
La Pignade and Les Charmettes in the Charente Maritime: Jean-Yves Homo has opened up his kitchen to teach food lovers the secrets of his cooking success.
