do you sell new and previously owned holiday homes?
Yes we sell both.
what size are the holiday homes?
There is a range of sizes available, 40m² (35ft x 12ft) being the largest available in France with 2 or 3 bedrooms, sleeping between 6 to 8 people.
where can I see the different holiday homes available?
Each of the siblu parks has a permanent holiday home exhibition showground.
what time of year can I buy a holiday home in France?
The sales offices in France are open throughout the year and you can buy at the time that best suits you.
if I buy in spring, will my holiday home be ready for me to use for the summer?
Yes depending on the type of holiday home that you buy and availability, it can all take as little as 3 weeks.
can I use my holiday home all year round?
Siblu parks are non-residential, although as an owner you have access to your holiday home from February through to November on most of the siblu parks meaning you do not have to pay any extra annual taxes or rates.
can I choose the location of my holiday home?
Yes, you can have a choice of any location on the park subject to availability.
when is peak season?
The main season runs from May to September with peak season in July and August.
when are the facilities available?
All facilities will be up and running throughout the holiday season.
will I be able to bring my pets?
Yes, we are happy to say bienvenue to all well trained dogs however we do ask that all pets be kept on a lead and under control by a responsible adult at all times. In France pets are required to have up to date vaccinations and an identification tattoo. Please note the following types of dogs classed in the dangerous pets' categories are not allowed: American pit bull terrier, Japanese akita, Wolfhound hybrid, Japanese tosa, Neapolitan mastiff, Rotweiler, Dogo argentino, Fila braseliero.
how long can I keep my holiday home on a siblu park?
There is no limit on the length of time. The holiday home must be kept in good condition and in keeping with the smart appearance of the park and must conform to the park rules and regulations for the well being of everyone.
are the holiday parks suitable for disabled people?
Yes, with the help of an able-bodied person. Specially adapted holiday homes are available upon request and have a ramp leading to the widened doors for wheelchair access, a sliding widened door into the bathroom and a lowered kitchen and sink.
how secure is a siblu park?
There is a caretaker and an entrance barrier on all the siblu parks.
can my friends visit me?
Yes, of course, and if you wish them to join you in using the entertainment facilities, you can either allocate them one of your 8 annual complimentary owners' passes or additional passes can be purchased in the siblu exclusif owners lounge.
if my friends want to find out more about ownership with siblu is there a referral scheme?
Yes – siblu encourage owners to share their good life - for every new referral who purchases a mobile home you will receive 350 € credit towards your next year’s pitch rental and your referral will also receive 350 € towards their pitch rental (2007). are your advisors experienced enough to help me make an informed decision?
Yes, they will be very pleased to share their experiences within the company with you. Don’t forget all siblu team members are there to help you whether they are on park, at Head Office in Bordeaux or at our UK office in Hemel Hempstead.

We give you every opportunity to look around the park and into as many holiday homes as you like so that we can find the right package for you and your family. can I try before I buy?
Yes, we arrange special park visits throughout the year, the accommodation is complimentary, and should you purchase during your visit we will reimburse up to £150 for your travelling costs.
