how will you help and support me over the long term?

We have a service solely dedicated to our siblu owners called siblu exclusif, administered from the siblu exclusif owners’ lounge. Here we organise any repairs to your holiday home that may be required, answer questions you may have and keep you informed of any events, activities, owners’ parties and developments. siblu exclusif is aimed at delivering the highest possible standard of customer service for the duration of your time with siblu.

what period of warranty can I expect for a new or pre owned holiday home?

All holiday homes purchased with siblu are covered by a 12-month warranty.

can I move my holiday home to another pitch or park?

Yes you can, subject to availability, but a charge will be made for the cost of the move (this will vary depending upon the degree of difficulty and distance of the move). Our owners rarely do move as they often create a sense of community around them and people loathe moving away from their friends.
